How does Twitter decide who to put ads in front of?
If you follow, like, or Retweet content on Twitter, including promoted content, your followers may see your name associated with that content. Twitter will put ads in front of you based on your habits including but not limited to:
• Ads relating to accounts you like, follow, Tweet, search, view or interact with.
• Using your personalized information such as a hashed email address, mobile device indentifier, or Cookies
• Using your IP location for local advertisements
